OUR STORY

The Secret Chef was founded with a singular, mysterious focus: to let the food speak entirely for itself. Operating as a clean-concept cloud kitchen in Dahisar East, our culinary team works behind closed doors, dedicated entirely to the art of flavour.

Our signature menu blends three legendary culinary realms:

Chinese Classics: High-heat wok toss technique producing authentic smoke character (wok-hei).
Thai Aromatics: Coconut curry pastes made fresh daily from hand-crushed ginger, lemongrass, and herbs.
Indian Dum Biryani: Patient layers of high-grade basmati and slow-cooked marinades locked tight with wheat dough.

We strictly skip shortcuts. That means zero added MSG, zero artificial food coloring powders, and 100% freshly sourced ingredients for home-style safety with professional taste.

? Is there dine-in available at The Secret Chef?

No, we are exclusively a cloud kitchen and takeaway outlet based in Dahisar East. We do not provide table dine-in services, ensuring 100% of our focus goes into preparing and packaging fresh, premium quality deliveries.

? What areas do you deliver to?

We actively service Dahisar East, Dahisar West, portions of Borivali East/West, and parts of Mira Road. Order directly on Swiggy or Zomato to view immediate radius eligibility.

? Do you use artificial colors or MSG in your food?

Absolutely not. We believe clean food tastes best. We do not use MSG (Mono Sodium Glutamate) in any recipes, and we strictly avoid cheap synthetic food coloring powders. The red in our tikkas comes from authentic Kashmiri degi mirch.

Our cloud kitchen adheres strictly to local municipal hygiene guidelines. The kitchen staff wears protective masks, gloves, and caps at all times. Our kitchen is sanitized completely twice a day.
